Dream Weavers

Supporting First Nations Young Women to Rise, Lead and Thrive

Dream Weavers is a regional youth program designed to uplift, support and empower First Nations young women from Years 7 to 12.

Grounded in cultural strength and community care, Dream Weavers is about weaving dreams into reality — together.

We walk alongside young women as they grow confidence, strengthen their voice and shape their future.

What We Do

Dream Weavers provides a culturally grounded space where young women can grow, connect and explore their future.

Stay Connected
Strengthen your connection to culture, community and Country through storytelling, shared experiences and safe spaces.

Involve Your Mob

We pay our deepest respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ancestors of this land, their enduring spirits, and their profound legacy. The foundations laid by these ancestors—our First Nations peoples—give strength, inspiration, and courage to current and future generations towards creating a brighter future for all.

At Connexions, we honour the rich cultural heritage and deep wisdom of the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work and live. We acknowledge their continued connection to the land, waters, and community. We commit ourselves to a path of reconciliation, respect, and partnership with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
