IndigCareers was established with a clear purpose — to bridge the gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers and employers seeking to build diverse and culturally strong workforces.

We work closely with businesses, government agencies and community organisations to ensure Indigenous candidates have access to opportunities where their skills, knowledge and perspectives are valued.

At the same time, we support employers to strengthen their recruitment practices and workplace culture so they can attract and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent in meaningful ways.

We help employers strengthen their engagement with Indigenous communities and support them to become employers of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
