You Can’t Be What You Can’t See

What is this program?

You Can't Be What You Can't See is all about providing support, training and opportunities to unemployed or underemployed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

What do participants receive?

Participants that take place in the program are provided with tailored mentoring support, opportunites to attend pre-employment programs and job trials, connections to a range of employers and businesses as well as access to a unique program dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle.

What are the benefits?

Having tailored support allows the mentor to really get to know and work with the participant helping them achieve their goals and/or aspirations. Our goal is to get our participants into employment in an area or industry that is of interest to them. We are not here to tick a box, rather help unlock the real potential our participants have and closing the gap in the process. There is no cost to the participant to access this program so if they are dedicated to finding long term employment, this program is the best place to start.

Where is the program run?

You Can't Be What You Can't See is run across the Riverina, through the ACT and Greater Capital Region as well as along the South and Far South Coast.
