Never Say Never
What is the Program?
The Never Say Never Program was created to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth by providing support, training, and opportunities that prepare them for the workforce or further education. Whether it’s securing a first casual job, gaining an apprenticeship or traineeship, or navigating pathways into higher education, the program opens doors to brighter futures.
What Do Participants Receive?
Every participant receives culturally safe, tailored mentoring support designed to meet their individual needs. Training is customised to build the skills required for their chosen pathway, while participants also gain access to a unique program that promotes healthy living and wellbeing — ensuring they are supported both personally and professionally.
What Are the Benefits?
The Never Say Never Program is more than training — it’s about building confidence, resilience, and independence. With the close guidance of our mentors, participants are given the time and support to achieve their goals and aspirations. They leave the program with a toolkit of lifelong skills that will serve them in work, study, and beyond. Best of all, the program is completely free for participants, making it an ideal starting point for those ready to grow and succeed.
Where is the Program Run?
The program is delivered across communities, offering flexibility to meet the needs of participants in both local and regional areas. (I noticed your original version included a line about “algorithms and machine learning” — do you want to keep this, or should we replace it with a culturally appropriate description of how the program is actually delivered?)
How Can We Connect?

You Can't Be What You Can't See
What is the Program?
You Can’t Be What You Can’t See is designed to empower unemployed and underemployed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals by providing holistic support, training, and real opportunities to step confidently into the workforce.
What Do Participants Receive?
Participants gain access to personalised mentoring, pre-employment programs, and job trials that build both skills and experience. They are also connected with a network of employers and businesses, while taking part in a program that promotes a healthy lifestyle — ensuring they are supported not only in their careers, but in their overall wellbeing.
What Are the Benefits?
Our mentoring is tailored to each individual, ensuring participants feel seen, understood, and supported on their journey. By unlocking true potential rather than simply meeting requirements, the program helps participants build confidence, resilience, and career pathways that align with their goals and interests. Best of all, the program is completely free, making it an accessible and powerful first step towards meaningful, long-term employment.
