What is a GTO?
A Group Training Organisation takes care of the employment, administration and support required to manage an apprentice or trainee.
This means businesses can focus on building skills in the workplace, while Connexions manages recruitment, wages, compliance, training coordination and ongoing support.
Recruitment
We source and place apprentices and trainees.
Payroll & Compliance
We manage wages, super and obligations
Training Support
We coordinate training and monitor progress.
Dedicated Support
Field Officers support both employers and apprentices.
You focus on your business while Connexions manages the administration and support.
Grow your workforce without the extra administration
Connexions GTO supports employers to find, host and develop apprentices and trainees while helping address skills shortages across industry.
When you host through Connexions, we manage:
✔ Recruitment & Shortlisting
✔ Payroll & Superannuation
✔ Workers Compensation
✔ Training Coordination
✔ Dedicated Field Officers
✔ Fair Work and Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2011 Compliance
